Sharon is David's Administrative Assistand and is primarily responsible for the three systems that keep his office running - the financial, informational and communication systems.

Sharon hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and since she was once a Realtor herself, she understands all the nuances of the real estate business, including the importance of superior customer service.

Bob is semi-retired and married to David's assistant Sharon.  He not only keeps David's signs in good order, but also insures they are put up and maintained at the various listing sites with correct toppers and arrow signs. Bob also acts as the Victoria Home Team courier if keys or documents have to be delivered somewhere in the city.

Rob has over 15 years of real estate experience in residential, commercial and new development. He believes that a client deserves to be "served" and not "sold to".
