David Hale

David has been self-employed for over 40 years and during this period has had, and has worked with as many as 50 employees. He has currently spent over 27 years as a Realtor.

He believes his experience in the service business enables him to bring a wealth of business and service knowledge to the Real Estate workplace.

His belief, in business as well as in life, is that we must constantly evolve and learn with the objective of working smarter, more efficiently, and adapt and apply current and available technology. David is assisted by his wife Judy Collins-Hale who has had over 30 years experience in HR Management and by the administrative team at Team 3000 Realty Ltd. The combined wealth of experience in the Team guarantees top quality client service, and conflict resolution is definitely one of our specialties.

David has chaired many professional groups and is a past President and Deputy Governor of the Kinsmen Club of Canada. He was one of the founding members and a driving force behind the local Business Network International (BNI) organization for 10 years. He is always interested in furthering his education and broadening his horizons, and has completed many special Real Estate courses such as Howard Brinton's Star Power Seminars, and the Keller Williams University Curriculum. Some of his courses include Property Management, Economics, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Taxation, Exchanges, Business Planning and Creative Financing. David has completed the PSI Seminars Life Success training programs including the Basic, PSI-7 and Men’s Leadership as well as the Landmark Forum, both Landmark Communications Courses, the Advanced Course, Self Expression and Leadership, and many of the seminar series courses. He is committed to continual personal development work and is constantly trying to make the world a better place, with the goal of World Peace- One mind at a time.

His motto in business is "let’s make things happen" and not wait for them to happen. Because of this self-driven attitude, David has always been a top producing Realtor in the Greater Victoria Area. Simply put, his tag line sums it up with a “Commitment to You” and a “Reputation for Results".
